Old purchase. Lost receipt.

I bought an item back in 2022 and did not print out the transaction details< i.e. seller's details etc. I have tried contacting the seller but no reply. All I have is the item number. 

How do I get seller's details or details of the transaction to print out. On my ebay history there is only the item number and seller's nickname.

Have you checked your purchase history?

I have details going back 5 years on mine where i can contact seller if the seller is still on ebay it should go through.

You can also print the basic details.

If it was a business seller, their details are visible through  their listings if they still are on eBay 

not sure about PayPal if it was still being used then and if a record might be kept and that far back

would a screenshot of your purchase history page with that item not be enough?

You would have been sent an e-mail to confirm the purchase and another as a receipt for the payment.  Have you still got those?
