ORDER NOT RECEIVED

On the 26 September 2025, I bought extra large strong double wall cardboard box 10 pieces with order number 05-13635-08362 but when I realised the sizes were not what I wanted I immediately cancelled the order. On the 27th of September 2025, I ordered another extra large double wall cardboard box from the same seller 10 pieces with order number 24-13627-04587. The seller later declined to cancel the first order. However I received the second order with order number on 24-13627-04587 on 08 October 2025 but never received the first order with order number 05-13635-08362 till date. The seller went ahead on ebay to update the first order as received. I have reported to the seller but he kept on replying that it has been delivered. I have sent him photo of what I received and have requested for refund but all to no avail. The two orders were made separately but I have also noted that the seller gave the two orders the same tracking(H00DPA006874777) number. The seller updated the order with order number 05-13635-08362 as delivered but that was not delivered. It was fully organised fraud wherein he uses one tracking number for two seperate orders.  Please I need help so that I can get my full refund. I am going to blacklist the seller called buy_gadgets. The seller is fraudulent and should not be on ebay for business.

ORDER NOT RECEIVED

You've reached other Buyers and Sellers here, like you. And you can't name and shame on these Boards so the moderator may edit your post.

That said, it's good background work you did by adding the Seller to your Blocked List. You can also use the Report a Seller feature. And leave brief Negative feedback, something like Unsatisfactory transaction (unless you are au fait with eBay Feedback Policy). Don't mention item not received, as 'tracking' shows it was.

Then open an Item Not as Described Case (do not use INR because tracking shows it was). Or you could use Missing Parts or Pieces if you prefer. If the case is not settled in your favour come back for more help. Do not close the case without a refund, and remember to escalate it to eBay on the 4th day. Keep the reason brief and factual as if you were speaking to eBay directly (they may read it later).
