EBAY FORGOT ABOUT VULNERABLE PEOPLE.
SELLER SENT NOT WORKING MACHINE. I ASKED FOR NON PRINT COLLECTION.
SELLER NEVER REPLIED.
I CONTACTED EBAY CUSTOMER CARE. I EXPLAINED THAT I CAN'T CARRY (CLOSEST POST OFFICE IS OVER 1MILE), I DON'T DRIVE, I DON'T HAVE PRINTER, I DON'T HAVE ANYONE TO HELP ME.
EBAY CUSTOMER CARE SENT ME AGGRESSIVE MESSAGE:
"Print an eBay label or get your own and add tracking details within 7 days of posting the item."
EBAY STANDS BY ARROGANT AND RUDE SELLER WHO NEVER REPLIED TO CUSTOMERS BUT COMMENTED:
"YOU WAS AUTOMATICALLY REFUNDED WITHOUT NEED TO RETURN ITEM!!! SAVE THOSE LITTLE LEGS FROM THE WALK TO POST OFFICE!!!"
THIS SELLER SHOULD NOT BE ALLOW SELLING ON EBAY
SHAME ON YOU EBAY, SHAME ON YOU AND SHAME ON THE SELLER
THIS IS NOT THE WAY VULNERABLE CUSTOMERS SHOULD BE TREATED.

Print an eBay label or get your own and add tracking details within 7 days of posting the item.
That is not an aggressive reply; it is a solution to your problem.
If you can't print the return label, then you can buy your own postage from Royal Mail online (or another carrier) and get the item collected. Royal Mail offer a service where they bring a label to your home if you are not able to print one.
You can then add the tracking number to the return to prove it has been delivered to the seller.
I understand that it is difficult and inconvenient for you to return items, but you have been offered a way to do it. Whatever the reason for your return, the seller does have the right (legally and, in my view, morally) to have the item back before they refund you.

Have you had a refund without having to return the item?

You said in your original post on this thread that the seller replied to you at one point, stating "You was automatically refunded without need to return item!!! Save those little legs from the walk to Post Office!!!" Although this response from the seller is tottally unprofessional and extremely rude to say the least, it would also suggest that the seller isn't really too bothered about ensuring that the item is returned. In that case, if you haven't already managed to return the item to the seller then I would suggest that the best option would be to ask either a member of your family or a friend who is able to drive if they could take the item to the tip on your behalf and dispose of it for you. If the seller doesn't want the machine back again then I wouldn't waste any time on worrying about how to return the item to the seller. From what you have said so far it sounds to me as though your desire to want to do the right thing is wasted on this seller.

I will also point if seller has refunded without the need to return, you will be returning it at your expense.
Just toss it in the nearest bin then have a brew and move on.
What appears to be rude could also be read as a weak attempt at humour.
SORRY replied to wrong post but i bet you already guessed that 😁
