Not able to load photo for return

I am trying to start a return of an item and it is asking for a photo but keeps saying it cannot load my photo

I`m not sure what it should be, but i think the photo has to be a certain size and jpeg. Try right clicking and save image of one of the sellers images on the listing and try uploading that one, it just needs to be a photo of the item, unless you need or want to show specific damage.
