I had the same today.
NO order confirmation after payment. Spoke to eby helpline. the lady said Ebay doesnt send any order confirmation emails anymore since 3 weeks due to new regulations. When "buy it now" and having your bankcard set up on Ebay for purchases, she says Ebay won't send any confirmation emails anymore. This seems weird to me.
She said she would send me an email with the orders on it, but never did.
