My parcel is at the collection location but I have not received a QR code to collect it

Hi,

A recently order I made has been delivered to a shop for click and collect but I have yet to receive the QR code email so I can collect it. The parcel arrived at the shop at 1:29pm on Wednesday 2nd April and I've still to receive an email confirming that it is ready for collection. I'm concerned I will not be able to collect the parcel, what can I do? Please help.

You only get 7 days to collect and after that the shop will dispose of it, either returning to the seller if there is a return address, using the same tracking number, or if not it will go to a central point where it will be disposed of to charity.
