I currently have 4 items that have been delivered. They were tracked and signed for, but Ebay refuse to pay me. This has gone on for over a week. They say to register a Tracking Number, which I have, but won't tell me where to register it. Even items that were delivered last month are still shown as Awaiting Delivery, though these have been paid now.
As I am now using my sales balance to pay for purchases, these delays are causing me serious issues.
Their On Line Helper is useless, too. Once the AI can't sort it, you get the options of a phone, or text helper. As my hearing is impaired, I use Text. This is supposed to be answered in around a minute. They log it a minute but after an hour, I had had no messages, or texts. This really isn't good enough.
