If it wasn't sent to the address on the order, you will need to call CS. Make sure they check your address and the address it was sent to and ask for your money back under the MBG.

Speak to someone. Ask for a supervisor.

You may not have got lucky last time around, but nevertheless I would have advise you to have another go at doing as @cobwebcottage has advised and phone eBay up again, making sure that you have the item listing number, the order number and the seller's User ID to hand to pass on to the person you are speaking to, and insist on speaking to a supervisor so that you can argue your case to somebody who may have a bit more clout with regards to having the necessary permissions required to overturn eBay's original decision to side with the seller.  If necessary try being a bit more forceful when presenting your own side of the argument, so as to ensure that the person you are speaking to really listens to you and takes notice of what you are saying.  Ask the person with whom you are speaking to look at the order details, including the delivery address that was provided at Checkout, then ask him or her to compare that address with the address that the item was delivered to.  If you are lucky enough to get through to somebody with an ounce of sense and they spot that the two addresses do not match then they will have no justifiable reasons for refusing to reverse the original decision and refund the money that you paid to the seller, in which case you should end up receiving a full refund.

If, after all of this, eBay will still not listen to you then you will have to pursue a different course of action in order to get your money back.  If you paid for the goods via PayPal log into your PayPal account and open an Item Not Received case against the buyer there.  PayPal tend to look into cases far more closely than eBay do, so when they spot that the tracking proves that the item was delivered to the wrong address they ought to refund all of your money.  However, if you do go down this route and it becomes necessary to escalate the case in order to get the matter resolved them ensure that you do so before PayPal's twenty day cut-off date.  If you leave it longer than this the case will automatically close and you will not be able to re-open it.

In the event that you didn't use PayPal and paid for the goods using a credit or debit card then contact your card provider and start a chargeback.  You have a maximum of one hundred and twenty days from the date of purchase during which to do this, so if you do end up having to go down this route then you should stand a decent chance of your money being refunded in full.

Did you speak to someone from CS? Did they look at both the postcodes? Did you mention Ebay MBG?

This should be an easy case, item not received at the address on the order. I would keep phoning Ebay until they refund you.

Keep going and if necessary, contact your payment provider, although you shouldn't need to.

Why do you have to run around sorting out sellers mistake

have you contacted the seller? Surely it’s for them to sort it out

unless the courier company cocked up by putting wrong label on

But Did seller Put the wrong tracking number on your order so it shows delivered (but not to you) cos courier company can’t have done that

id kick up a big fuss

£600 odd quick is a lot of money

its out of order ebay siding with seller imho

If eBay are still messing you around then stop wasting your time with them.  As I said earlier, if eBay are of no help and you paid for the item using PayPal, then open a PayPal case against the seller.  If, however, you paid for the item using a credit or debit card then contact your card provider and start a chargeback.  The sooner you start looking at alternative means of securing a refund the sooner you'll get your money back.  If you leave it too long to secure a refund then both eBay and the seller will have succeeded in screwing you over!
