I wanted to let a seller know of a small problem on my order so used the following process which has worked many times before:
Purchase History > More Options > Message seller gives the Contact Seller option which then pops up a new (inproved<?>) window to right.
This window is entirely unresponsive, not possible to select and raise a cursor. Nothing typed shows in this window.
Going to the seller's profile and messaging from there 'not about an item' to avoid being railroaded to the broken order window results in the same problem , just with a bigger popup window.
Firefox and Chrome tried without success.
Anyone seeing the same? Any workaround/solution?
