Item not received

I ordered through e bay in April , got a message saying delivery was delayed, then nothing after that. The website is hopeless at dealing with this and I want my £41 back . I have followed all e bay’s routes and always en up with “there’s a problem try again” I need to talk to a human being not e bays hopeless computer, how can I do this?

Thank you for your post.

 

If the item has not been received you have up to 30 days after the estimated delivery date to open a case. 

 

  1. Go to your Purchases and find the item.
  2. Select More actions beside the item and then I didn't receive it.
  3. Check the box beside I'd like a refund or I'd still like the item.
  4. Enter any additional information.
  5. Select Send request.

The seller then has 3 days to resolve this with you. If you are having issues opening the case you can reach out to customer support through the contact option here.
