I have not received my item seller is saying he posted it on the 5th April

Hello amasi,

go to your purchase history page for that item and open an 'item not recieved' case . You have 30 days from the date of the sale to do this.

If you don't get your item, ebay will give you your money back.

Don't leave it until you're out of time, no matter how the seller may try to get you to wait.

Check the last estimated delivery date on the listing and if/when that has passed select "Report an item you didn't receive" on here:

and escalate it 3 complete working days later to get a full refund.

Did you perhaps make the purchases as a ' Guest Purchase' ?  Then, nothing will show in your eBay account,  as it wasn't used.

There is a different process to claim for a refund,  explained here:
