I'm feeling uneasy buying

I've been buying on Ebay for over 20 years, but my last two purchases have been a disaster! In fairness, I've been refunded for the items, but I'm uneasy about the amount of private sellers too lazy to post to buyers.

You may think that as an experienced buyer I should be more careful, I'm not entirely green- I'm not talking about disappointing items delivered- just the amount of sellers not putting in tracking or fake tracking. Over the past 20 odd years, I've only needed Ebay 5 times and 2 of those were last week!

Even though my purchases are protected, I feel uncomfortable chasing up and possibly questioned about my integrity.

S'pose I'll need to buy new from A---- in future- end of an era for me.

I'm feeling uneasy buying

I've found that problematic buys usually come along like buses - 3 in a row etc. & then nothing untoward for months... swings & roundabouts for me.

I had a period last year where business sellers were the problem sending fakes after swiping brand photos & others sending wrong items, different sizes or even different shoes <on purpose I think as they didn't remove them, yet were out of stock of the ones in the photos - so they send a different style & when you query it they offer money off to keep them>.

My last 10 or so buys have gone really well though & have restored my faith.
It can somtimes be quite upsetting though depening on how they communicate.  If you just open a case then you don't have to communicate as it's all automated, so don't let you recent purchases stop you from missing out in the future.
