How do I change my old address to my new address that ebay holds

I am trying to order something on ebay and using PayPal to pay it is trying to send it to my old address. I tried changing it and I got a message saying that need to do it via eBay Commerce UK Ltd

For eBay you need to change your address with the link below, there are 5 places which need correcting to the correct address.

https://accountsettings.ebay.co.uk/uas/addresses

Check your PayPal account details there too that they are correct,  log into your PP account for those settings.
