Delaying shipping

Hello just sold an item but I am away on holiday - back on the 8th November but eBay have said that I have to send the item by the 5th November - I have notified the buyer but how do I notify eBay ?

Import fees on wrong incorrectly described item

Hi, I purchased an expensive pair of shoes for abroad, I paid almost £100 on VAT and fees when it arrived in the UK. Unfortunately they are not the size described, will the seller be responsible for these charges if I raise an issue. Thanks
