I was told by DPD the my parcel had been delivered but I contacted them and the confirmed it has been delivered to wrong address and the told me that they would get driver straight back there to collect it and deliver to my correct address but told me now that they can’t and I have to open investigation which now means my car will not be repaired on time and I was left last night and this morning fuming
