Watch out for ****, they stole my money, did not deliver and closed their store straight away after i queried it.

They were clever though, they asked me to close the request as the item was delayed with royal mail, i closed it stupidly and then item did not arrive

You are not allowed to name and shame on here,  however well meaning , and a mod may come along and remove the sellers name.

Yep,  they fobbed you off with excuses and false promises to close that case , which you must never do,  as now you cannot open another for that item with eBay.

All is not lost,  turn to your payment provider for help with your refund.

Do not delay - immediately find the payment in your bank or paypal account, click on it, then select "chargeback" or "go to resolution centre", then follow the instuctions.

Keep it simple and to the point. Do not refer to any other case or outcome.

I didn't, it was an AI response - I closed a query as they asked me to and I believed them when they said it was with Royal Mail, they closed their store, so they're scammers
