Hi, how can I complain, as a buyer, about feedback from a seller that violates eBay's policy on not including personally identifiable information? In my case, the seller's feedback included my real name and country of residence; but in other recent cases, the seller has included not just the real name, but the mobile phone number and postcode and house number, and in other cases, the full name and address. It's a clear form of bullying, in my view, as well as an outrageous breach of eBay's policy on personally identifiable information. I can't, however, find a way to complain. I tried sending a feedback removal request a week ago via the Seller pages (since this option evidently does exist if you are a seller), but other than an automated acknowledgement, nothing seems to have been done. Thanks for any advice!

You can contact ebay about it by requesting a callback on here:

Do as @**peaseblossom** says, but also know for future reference that Feedback Revision requests go to the Buyer not to eBay. You are only allotted a few, so best not to waste them on Buyers like this one!

Thank you! I followed your advice, and the eBay representative has undertaken to have my own feedback removed, and the seller to be flagged for further investigation.

Thank you - although in fact I am a buyer, not a seller, and the issue is with a more general pattern of breach of eBay policy by a specific seller in their feedback left for others, so hopefully this will not affect my allocation of requests!
