You have offered up no evidence and given scant details about any examples of this happening what is your personal experience of this ?

So the seller says its genuine, the authenticator says it's genuine, the manufacture says its genuine, but you says its fake?

Hi no the manufacturer says it’s fake
and eBay says it’s genuine

Like you, I would rate the opinion of a manufacturer's expert more highly than that of an eBay authenticator. Not sure I would call the Authentication Program a 'scam', as many buyers and sellers find it beneficial. That said, people make mistakes (even experts) and there are stories of the occasional fake getting through, and some authentic items being unable to be certified. When you present proof from the manufacturer's expert to eBay, it seems like they should accept it.

this is my experience,eBay has said a Tudor watch which I purchased is real though the authenticity scheme Tudor has told me it is a fake made up from parts
when I try to publish the report
eBay removed it
so here is your proof and details

EBay will not accept the report from Tudor

Does it still have the authentication tag (if they tag watches) on it? If so open a charge back on your credit/debit card providing the report from Tudor and any other evidence you have. Thats if eBay wont allow you to return it if its outside of the 30 days.
