Fake product received

Hello, I have purchased a product which is nothing like the original. I contacted the seller for a refund but they will not refund me. I opened a case, that the product was not delivered on time and wrote the real reason I wanted a refund, this was closed by eBay. I've asked for a call back from eBay but no one has called me. How can I raise this with eBay to get a refund?

You would have been able to get a refund had you opened a not as described case.

If you opened a "not received" case you should still be able to open a return.   Start that on here:
https://www.ebay.co.uk/help/buying/returns-refunds/return-item-refund?id=4041
select "Doesn't match description" and escalate it after 3 complete working days.

I used another link for a callback and received a call from eBay (the previous one did not work, even after an hour). They are supporting me and will send me a return label and sk the seller to refund me.
