As a business seller, if a product doesn't fit a customer (a watch) and they ask for a return, do I have to pay for the return postage or the buyer ? Thanks in advance
As long as the buyer chose the 'doesn't fit' option, they will have to pay return postage. If they chose 'not as described' because it did not fit, you will have to pay 😞
