Is this not good it is showed order being prepared and at tracking it was deleivered i do not have no confirmation e-mail from e-bay as tells regard of item and order which is paid ??

Do you have the parcel or not if the tracking on carrier website says it has do not rely on ebay but go to website of the service used.

If you have it what is your complaint?

If not wait a couple of days then open a case

I did not get parcel as one shows it is being prepared and not ready yet and say,s it deleivered
Also it is be told by e bay on e mail it is deleivered and give detail to show and collect parcel
As it was paid in full money which were asked to give

Who was the carrier ?

Royal mail, Evri or other?

When you look at the actual website of that carrier/postal service there should be a picture or some detail of that delivery

Again ebay is not reliable for tracking the actual website should be your go to place not ebay

Ok this looks to be a click and collect order where your item is delivered to a shop for you to collect instead of being delivered to your home

Take the email from eBay saying 'it is deleivered and give detail to show and collect parcel' to where it was delivered and show them the email it should have a collection number or barcode for them to scan and give you your parcel
