eBay won't honour they're return policy

So today I received a non working dehumidifier which was advertised as woking, the first thing I did was to contact the seller who replied back and after showing him a video of the item not working he agreed for me to have it sent back at my expense, however I wanted to have all done through eBay and went on to submit a return form. The issue is I cannot complete it as the seller does not accept returns and so I tried to contact eBay to get help with they're Money Back Guarantee policy only to find myself in dead loop of going around the same options with no answer.

Can anyone please help me solving this issue.

You should be able to open a 'return', choosing the reason, item not as expected, or not working etc. You may have to add a photo or 3 to the case

Then the seller will send a return postage label at their cost, or will refund you without return if they don't want it back.

If they do not respond to the case then you can escalate to Ebay on day 4.

Stop the messages and open a return request ASAP for a full refund --- 

If you receive an item/s 'Not as described', (ie. faulty) use this link to open an official return case within 30 days from receipt for a full refund --- follow the case instructions carefully. >

In your 'Purchase History' click on the item. Click on 'More Actions' and then 'Return this Item.

Did you add 3 photos?

Unless it's changed it won't let you submit the case without adding them.
