Contacting buyer

Hi. I received an item yesterday and I need to contact the buyer. However, when I click on contact buyer I get promoted to “register” - so I enter my email address and password but then just get a message saying I am already registered - then nothing! I have tried many different routes to contact the buyer but always end up in the same doom loop. If I try to login it doesn’t like my password but won’t send me the prompt to change it. What am I doing wrong?????

Do you mean seller?   If you bought before your account was fully set up here's how to get info as "guest" buyer:

Sorry, yes seller. I purchased the item as a guest but now can’t contact
the seller

Have a go using the first link I gave you.   If no joy contact ebay using the second one.

You can't contact the seller from the guest account you used to buy.

You should be able to contact them using the account you have sent this message from.

Use advanced search (link below) to find the seller then use message seller.

Remember, they won't know who you are as this account stsegu_0 has no connection to the purchase you made.

It would help if you said why you need to contact them.
