Click & Collect for buyers

Hi,

i am trying to buy an item but I cannot find the »click and collect » option when I checkout.

i contacted the seller and she told me that she added it from her side. Yet, it still does not show up when I checkout.

any advices how to solve this issue.

Some items are excluded from click and collect and sime for price or weight so it may depend on what you are buying or the price of it.
