Buying from Ireland

Hello, I've just been contacted by someone who is interested in an item I have for auction. They say eBay has blocked them from bidding as they are in Ireland.

Seems peculiar as I have recently despatched items to Ireland without issue.

Try putting their ID on your exemption list.  That should remove any blocks:
