Auction winner getting error when trying to pay due to international selling?

Hi all, I’ve sold an item and, as far as I can see in my settings, am enrolled in international shipping or whatever. However, the buyer is saying that they’re getting an error when trying to pay, and have asked me to update the postage options (although the auction has ended) - what can I do next?

Not guaranteed to work but-

ask them to log into ebay.com and try completing payment there.
