Apparently I "authorised a payment to eBay Commerce UK Ltd"

I made an offer  on an item where I said I would pick this item up and cash on collection.

Seemingly my offer was accepted and inadvertently without any clicks of buttons, I've paid for this and postage too.

Since when did an offer, and acceptance, construe to be authorising eBay to take payment with a means not intended?

You are speaking to members here like yourself not eBay, we have no access to your account so do not know the ' subscription' you are referring to.

You have no items listed,  no shop registered,  what do you wish to cancel ?

This is not a general thread where you just add questions to it.  It's also not a route to ask your seller or ebay any questions.

I suggest you read the ebay money back guarantee for adcice on what to do when you don't receive an item after the expected delivery date.

Are you asking how to return the item?

If so use the following link to open a return request and use 'Item arrived damaged' as the reason.

It would appear that they are trying to return an item that they have ordered so it isn't an unauthorised payment.
