Age restriction is there a way to actually complain?

Guess I'm another one caught out by the dumb needing a credit card to buy butterknives etc rubbish. Is there anywhere we can complain about this? Hoping the pressure may help change the policy but I guess this post is all I have. Ironically on delivery I have to prove my age by ID so it seems additionally pointless.

Ebay will have weighed up lost fee revenue against the cost of more complicated age verification and decided that credit cards were the way to go.

They won't change that decision so no point in complaining.
