Account Restriction

I have used ebay since 2003. I noticed recently that somehow i have a second account. I contacted ebayh to close it down Ebay have placed restrictions on my old account which I still use and intended to keep using. How do I get my accouint reinstated. I can't find a phone number or email for ebay to resolve this. Any ideas?

Usually you get an email from Ebay stating what the restriction is for & how to get it reinstated.

Have you checked your messages, both on Ebay & also the email account you have linked to your account.
