12 days for a refund to be instigated for a 100% inactive seller.

Ebay calls me on day 13 and I don't even give them chance to give me excuses.

"At least you are getting your refund" is a disgraceful insult.
I don't work here, I don't care any longer if ebay never realises the problem. Cue the apparent members of public who deny there is a problem. (a problem ? a vast amount of dire problems and a massive list of unhappy customers, buyers and sellers.)

There are too many reasons why this picture makes 100% sense. The image is called "ebay destroying itself."

eBay is obliged by law to refund you within 14-days of the Cancellation, but usually they are quicker than this.

I'm glad you left an honest review about this terrible experience, because we all need to know about poorly behaved Sellers, but I'm worried that it will be all to easy to have your Negative Feedback removed. There is a lot of guidance about how to avoid feedback removal by poor Sellers, and you've been around the eBay block, so I'm sure you know it all by heart 😉 but just forgot in the heat of the moment.
