You are based in Ireland...this is the UK site, so please do not shout!
If you are expecting an item from the UK, take a look at the problems all couriers are facing due to backlog/ extra people using online shopping and shortage of staff due to sickness/ self isolating
it may give you a clue as to why you haven't received your item yet!!😞
