sellergone private with feedback and no longer selling. Item not received

Hi I'm very worried. Iv purchased an item that's not arrived iv just looked at there feedback and they have gone private. Seem to have had a lot of negative comments in the last month since I purchased but I can't see what they are. He's now not selling. The item has a few more days until the last possible day for it to arrive but if he's no longer selling what will I do and iv been waiting a long time for the item. Iv sent emails no reply any help greatly appreciated.

If the seller has made their feedback private, they will not be able to sell. Maybe they were unaware of this when making feedback private.

You may still get your item, but if not, 1 day after estimated delivery date open case for item not  received, escalate on day 9 if no item or refund.

If it doesn't arrive you would have to open a claim for non receipt the day after the latest due date and escalate it to Ebay on day nine.
