hi ,end of august i purchased a new motorcycle battery with a years warranty, i recently put it to use but it has failed, the company asked for pictures and readings of voltage etc and said ok what do you want to do, so i asked for a replacement , they then said they havnt got one, any battrery that would fit they dont have in stock , so i asked for a refund , this was refused and they offered credit, i need a new battery and without my money back i cant buy one from elsewhere, surely if it has a years warranty and they cant replace it i should get my money back , help please
