Two items I have paid for, have been removed. I can't contact seller nor can I click on items in 'my ebay'. How do I claim a refund please. Thanks
Ebay are removing profiteers and their price-gouging listings from the site (as well as others who breach the rules and the law) but that doesn't mean your items won't arrive. They very likely will. But if they don't arrive within a week or so of the delivery estimate on the order (give it plenty of time, as deliveries are naturally suffering delays), read Ebay's 30-day Money Back Guarantee and follow the instructions to open an Item Not Received case to get your money back. The MBG is on every listing and in various other places across the site.
If you find that you can't open an Ebay case for some reason, just open one in PayPal (you have 180 days from purchase date).
