Two items I have paid for, have been removed. I can't contact seller nor can I click on items in 'my ebay'. How do I claim a refund please. Thanks

Log into your Paypal account, on the left select resolve a [problem. Open a case for item not received, and enter that eBay have removed the item from their site.
Ignore that it says go back to eBay, just stick with the Paypal case. Escalate within 20 days for a refund.
