Bought an item with description "worn" would have expected it to be in reasonable condition.  Was very worn and covered in hair would have expected a refund.

why did you expect something described as 'worn' to be in good condition?

Worn is used to describe something that is damaged or thin because it is old and has been used a lot.

the description was correct, so you don't deserve a refund

Thank you for reply, I accept that they were used but not covered in white hairs!! I asked for refund accepting to cover costs of postage but then was accused of damaging myself!!! Worn should mean usable in my book.
