raise a return request for a second time

Hello I raised a return which was agreed by the seller, then I realised I needed to do this through the resolution centre as the item didnt match description and I needed a postage label so cancelled the return. Now I cant raise the return for a second time.

How can I do that?

You can't reopen a Return Request or case, or open another. You get one chance per transaction, for obvious reasons (by closing a return request or case, you're telling Ebay that your issue is no longer an issue).

Return Requests contain a list of reasons for you to choose from, so I'm not sure how you managed to choose the wrong one...? If you'd chosen the correct one, that would have triggered a tracked returns label at the seller's expense.

I don't understand either why you think that you should have used the Resolution Centre...?  It makes no difference which route you choose. NAD returns are always at the seller's expense.

If you'd left the request open, you could have returned at your expense, and hoped that the seller would refund your return costs independently of Ebay (which all decent sellers would have done, but there's always one so probably not something I would usually advise).

Your only option now is to open a Not As Described case in PayPal. But the return will be at your expense. You may be eligible for their 'returns on us' promotion, though, so opt into that before opening a case if you can.
