new to ebay , appreciate your advice

i am new to ebay , i bought a phone 26.04.20 did not receive it yet , the seller is not helpfull and even rude , i want to get refunded , i bought by credit card not py pal . how to open case as it direct me to paypal . i contacted epay they advice contacting paypal but couldnot get through them , . what should id o next . thanks

for future reference as well, i`d open a paypal account and pay through there, even if you still use your cards, it`s just alot easier to claim back, though credit cards are`nt as bad as debit.

It was through eBay checkout . So I have to contact PayPal again then . Ok 👍. I thought there is away that I can do it online . Because I tried earlier with no success .

If you bought it on ebay as long as the seller has not had their account suspended you should be able to open a case on ebay.   But seeing that you're having problems doing that the easiest thing would be to ring your credit card company and ask them to do a chargeback. 

However, you need to allow enough time for the item to arrive first.  There are lots of postal delays at the moment.
