Hi i was looking at an item which is advertised at £47.89 but when i click on it goes up to £57.48 i have noticed a lot of items like this surely this is misleading as i nearly clicked buy it now all so there items that are asking £500 shipping

Seller is non UK, so you have to pay 20% VAT on top of price.

Sellers can charge what they want for P&P, ebay don't get involved, if it is too high, find a better seller.

Thanks for the reply but if we click UK only we should only get UK sellers but we don't

Search is for ITEM location, seller can be based anywhere in the world & have UK warehouse.
