i brought an item from a seller in leicestershire uk.
the item was way to small for what i needed it for so i decided to send the item back for a refund.
i messaged the seller asking for a returns address to leicestershire but got no responce.
i decided to send the item bask to the returns addess on the packagimg that was an address in leicestershire.
the seller got back to me after i sent it back and gave me an address to post it to address in hong kong.
what a joke.
i brought this item from a uk seller so why have i got to return it to hong kong as myhernes dont deliver to hong kong.
i need to notify ebay of this seller but how do you talk to someone from ebay.??????
the item is in leicester and dont have my refund.

As you now know, if you had returned the item via an Ebay 'return request', you wouldn't have had these problems.
So you're not caught in future, read the Money Back Guarantee. It's on every listing, and in various other places across the site.
And bear in mind that it is only UK business sellers who have to accept change-of-mind or does-not-fit returns. All other sellers can refuse such return requests if they choose.
