Collection items should be collected in person and paid in cash when satisfied.
IF the seller allowed collection by a Courier, YOU are responsible for the Courier and any loss or damage is down to you to sort out with the Courier. There is NO MONEY BACK GUARANTEE whatever the condition of the item when it arrives, so NO RETURNS are possible.
