has anyone had issues with seller **?

Hi there - we have purchased an ink cartridge from this seller, and it has arrived in a blank box that doesn't match the picture of the box in the listing. We have installed the cartridge and it doesn't work.  Because we checked out as a guest user, we are struggling to get a resolution, and the seller is not being very responsive or helpful and we really want a refund now.  Does anyone have any advice please? We are not regular ebay users, and finding this a mine field and no-one is helping,  but our money has been taken and we are left with a printer we can't use.

You would have found it so much easier if you had paid by paypal,then you would simply have had to open a not as Described Case with ebay, and seller would have had to provide a Reply Paid Return Label..

 

Paying as a Guest means you have to ask Paypal to open a case and you will have to pay the return postage.

If you buy as a guest, Ebay can't help you (because there is naturally no record of your purchase on the site). This is between you and the seller. If they prove to be unhelpful, lodge a claim with your payment provider.

You need to Ring PayPal and ask them to open a Returns Case for you. You need the PayPal Confirmation Email with the Reference Number.
