I feel like i'm banging my head against a brick wall here! I've returned some items (one order) which seller accepted on ebay. She's not accepted the package back (so its on its way back to me!) she's ignored my message and she hasn't refunded my money yet, what do I do next as the returns process is sending me in circles.
I take it you have a case open?
Did the tracking auto fill in the case details so it shows attempted delivery within the case?
If the answer is yes to both the seller gets 48 hours to refund you because attempted delivery is as good as successful delivery in ebay's eyes.
Seller gets 48 hours after attempterd delivery to refund. After that you dhould get the option to escalate to ebay.
You should be able to escalate the return case to ebay 3 working days after you started it. eBay only require attempted delivery. Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message or in Resolution Centre, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.
If you have problems with that contact live chat at the very bottom of this:

and they will help you (ignore subject for that link, it won't make any difference).
Just to add that when you receive the item back, contact the seller to let them know you have it, and you will be happy to return it to them again, once they've supplied you with a postage label. Tell them they can buy one from a carrier of their choice online, and email it to you. Tell them too that they have 30 days in which to supply you with the label, and that after that timeframe you will dispose of the item as you see fit, as you will then be legally entitled to do.
