going round in circles!! seller accepted my returns, hasn't accepted the posted item, no refund

I feel like i'm banging my head against a brick wall here!  I've returned some items (one order) which seller accepted on ebay.  She's not accepted the package back (so its on its way back to me!) she's ignored my message and she hasn't refunded my money yet, what do I do next as the returns process is sending me in circles.

You should be able to escalate the return case to ebay 3 working days after you started it.   eBay only require attempted delivery.   Go to the return case via the link on the ebay message or in Resolution Centre, click on Case Details > Respond to Case > Escalate This Case > Submit.

and they will help you (ignore subject for that link, it won't make any difference).

when I go on returns status it says I should be refunded within 2 days of delivery - she refused on 23rd so perhaps I have to wait a bit longer? it doesn't allow me to open / escalate yet?

Give it a bit longer and then if no joy contact ebay.
