eBay notified me that a transcation was fraud, it was cancelled, but payment made how do I report it

My transcation has been cancelled, payment taken which was 3x original amount, and I can not raise it in resolution centre,how can I get help it's cleaned out my bank account

Try Paypal.  Log into your Paypal account and click on Contact Us (at bottom of page) > Resolution Centre (at bottom of next page) > Report a Problem, and escalate it after 2 days and within 20 days.
