Item I purchased is not as described. The seller needs to see photos of product which is fine except I don't know how to attach photos to their request. The item I received is not in my E-bay list of purchases so I can't click on and do it that way.How does this work as I have the original purchase Email order.All I want is what the company offered not what I received??? E-bay do NOT have a category covering this kind of problem.I purchased and paid this for a friend as it was not the right thing she hasn't paid for it so I am now out of pocket.So unfair.Very disappointed.

Thank you. I have to emphasise. You open a not as described case. If he does not send a label then on day 9 you escalate the case to eBay. In many cases ebay simply refunds, gives the seller a defect and you get to keep the useless bit of kit.
Do not "expect" the seller to send the label unless you have opened a case. If he does not [do discussion!] then escalate! No photos; just the case!
