To eBay - Why are sellers in the UK listed when "European Union" is selected in the search filter?

Has eBay not read the news? Sellers in the UK are not in the EU any more - why are they still listed when the EU filter is applied? Like a lot of others, I am trying to buy from EU sellers to avoid the extra post Brexit costs.

What extra post does Brexit Cost. As far as Royal Mail prices are concerned they are exactly as before to any other Country in the EU.
