Sellers in China claim they are based in the UK

It is getting worse on eBay in the fact that so many items now are showing to be shipped out from an place in the UK, but the item ends up coming from China. It is becoming a joke and clearly not doing eBays reputation no good. I do find that spotting a Union Jack or a Royal Mail logo in the 1st picture in the listing, is a giveaway that it is most probably coming from aboard ( though not always the case).  I have just brought some items that were supposed to come from London, but the tracking number shows it is from China, so I have been duped again. I have reported it but I would say that enough buyers do not report.

Hi, I have already reported the seller. The Item listing clearly states that the Item is located in London, but the tracking number is showing that it is on it's way from China. The listing also states that the estimated delivery time is 14 to 16 working days, but once paid it changed on the order to almost 2 months, but the list still showing14/16 days even now. I will add that I always check feedback and make sure were an item is being shipped from.
