I've never left negative feedback before so this is new to me.
I bought a charging cable off a seller and it didn't work. I contacted them and they sent a replacement but that didn't work either. As it wasnt expensive I just shrugged it off and threw it. I've just been leaving feedback for items I've bought and left a negative for this and within minutes the seller has sent me a message asking me to remove it as they're a new seller and it's negatively affecting their account. Are they allowed to do this? Both items were faulty so I don't see why I should give a positive mark which I think is dishonest and unfair to other buyers. Can anybody advise?
Why didn't you open a not described caae in the Resolution Centre and so get your money refunded?
