Seller agreed for a refund,item sent back, no refund coming forward

Hi

I bought an item that was wrongly described, I had a debate with seller till I showed them the difference between what they described in the listing andi and what the newer model looked like. The would not accept it was the wrong verson ieven though the new verison had 'Alexe;' built. Eventually the seller agreed a refund, I printed out the ebay laebl, it has been tracked as delivered. Now the seller saying its at a neighbours address and they can't get it, with no refund coming forward. They are asking me to phone the Post Office as they can't help....How do I know proceed.

put the tracking in the case if you have not already done that, wait and then escalate the case as its shown as delivererd ebay will find in your favour and give you your refind, or phone CS  or use live chat or call back explain and they should close in your favour and issue your refund.
